OH ... it is MUCH WORSE than that! He grabbed the law enforcement agent's firearm with the obvious intent to take it away from him. Now, I readily admit that firearm looks to be a gas grenade launcher, but it is still a firearm. That guy needs to be rotting in jail, right now.
