So, the Feds have jurisdiction AND representatives of Minnesota are potentially complicit in the fraudulent actions. At the very least, these representatives of Minnesota are woefully incompetent. Therefore, no legitimate investigation should be endangered by allowing incompetent people, who may have also been involved in the criminal activity itself, to participate in said investigation.
