iffen we are allowed to start hanging the fraudsters in public hangings publicly, the fraud will be a whole lot less but there will always be someone willing to attempt to steal, just a whole lot less if there are serious and swift consequences for anyone doing this.

How about if we use a MOOSLIM technique by cutting off a hand or arm if yer a thief ? That would be a great detriment.. Tim Walz wouldn't have any body parts left.

Or lots of Chicago mayors either.
