Also, a single registered voter can vouch for up to 8 voters who don’t have IDs.

Here’s how it works:

Let’s say that Shukran is a registered voter in Minnesota. It’s Election Day & Shukran brings 8 friends w/ him to vote.

Shukran: “My 8 friends that live in our neighborhood don’t have IDs.”

Election Day Worker: “Sign this form to vouch for them.”

+8 votes

You can initially register to vote ON ELECTION DAY in Minnesota???

In Texas, your registration has to be received no later than 30 days prior to the upcoming election day. Obviously, that lead time is to verify that you are an eligible voter.
