...my biggest problem with officers is that they wouldn't let me run the place. A future king is certainly superior to a mere lt.

the moral of the story is the dog was far and away superior to the Occifer you described or (suffered under). Yep!

Like everything else in life as you know Zim, there are people who have skills and abilities and those who have some credentials and haven't got a clue. There are plenty of them too.

Where ya don't want one of them is in a jungle on a combat patrol mission and yer best friend is the experienced master sergeant. It was him that mostly kept us from getting killed.

The only good leaders are ones who can learn from other people no matter their rank or level in the world.. They also recognize they don't have ALL the answers and aren't afraid to ask help from someone who might..
