I have been blessed with glaucoma in my eyes which means I have high eye pressure. I take eye drops every night to help control it.
I also am being eaten from the inside by osteo arthritis like my father was.
Its now munching on my sacro iliac joint next to the right hip which was replaced due to being eaten out by the same thing.
SO in order to find more bone or calcium to eat the arthritis had to move toward the center a little more to find some fresh bone to gnaw on..
Now I can't get a massive joint injection to help with that unless my ophthalmologist says its okay to have that large shot of something injected directly onto the site. I went over to his office to just get his okay to make my Orthopedic happy but he said to wait until after my next exam which is middle of next week... I guess he wants to see what the pressure is now that I have been taking drops in my eyes nightly since my last time at his office.
In the meantime, I am screwed.. I have to wait until midweek to see him next week and then get an appointment with the orthopedic for that shot which should NUMB that...
I didn't want to walk without pain anyway.. Heck I can barely walk as it is.
SO I am not very happy with my eye doctor .
Too bad it ain't his spine. He wouldn't be such an ass if it was..
