You are right and have the right outlook. Just keep in mind that ANYTHING that is mechanical and has moving parts and friction will eventually at some time have a problem of some degree. This one is more than minor but not much.. Its an OLD Truck.. Its been used a lot so a part like a clutch that is always used when driving wears out.

Just think. If ya get a repair on it it will likely last you the rest of yer life. Pretty cheap repair I would say.. Keep on smiling! Very Happy

I plowed my 60 foot driveway with a snow shovel yesterday which is against doctor's orders. I didn't feel bad. Just a sore muscle this morning.

Re: “How much of the white stuff did ya get with this system about? Obviously enough to be a PITA.”
It supposed to continue until midnight (it's 5:30 now). But the heavier snowfall is behind us and I'm not expecting more than another inch.

You got it right: Just a PITA. Maybe 5" so far. And a $1,500 - $2,000 clutch repair. My "great deal" plow truck isn't seeming like such a great deal anymore. Of course, this kind of rotten luck is just that, the kind of thing that could go wrong with any old truck. I might have spent $10k to buy something that would also do this to me.
