That person is either DEAF or brain dead and should not even be allowed to own and care for a pet. How freaking inconsiderate can ya be? The animal is totally dependent on US to feed them the same way when we are hungry.
My boy gets fed as soon as I am up and before I get busy with making something for myself. She shouldn't be allowed to have a pet.
