By Christian Arnold The Georgia football program’s string of driving-related incidents continued after one of its players was charged with fleeing a police officer and reckless driving. Georgia offensive lineman Nyier Daniels was arrested on a slew of charges Sunday and remains behind bars at the time of this writing. Daniels is facing three felony and 10 misdemeanor charges after he was arrested at 10 a.m. Sunday morning by Commerce Police.
Specific details about the incident were not immediately available, but among the charges listed in online jail records were two felony second degree cruelty to children charges and a felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer charge. Additional misdemeanor charges included stop signs and yield signs violations, no-passing zones and reckless driving, among others. ...
