I was at the orthopedic docs on Friday . My regular doctor suggested I see another one in the practice that specializes in hips and pelvis area.
The doc didn't like what he felt so now I am having an mri done on Monday after Christmas. THIS is the same hip that was replaced a few years ago because Arthur Itis and friends ate it out. This has now moved on to the sacro iliac area.
I am in chronic pain with this and struggle to walk.
Its an effort. So I am kinda anxious to see what in the heck is messed up now? Better still, CAN YA fix it?
I need to walk. I'm going to Turkey next year for two weeks for traveland exploration of ancient cities found in the Bible, like Ephesus which is where the Church Paul wrote to and started is. The Book of ephesians. The Apostle John had his home there and took Mary there after the crucictiono to take care of her. Mary spent the rest of her life there.
I can't wait to see the house which is still standing.. Among other things...
So I need to be able to walk mostly pain free. Its the opportunity of my lifetime..
But I need this hip/sacral iliac area fixed and under control first..
There is nothing quite like being eaten alive by arthritis like my brother in law was and I am following in his path.
We both were in Nam. Coincidence? I don't know. Maybe so. He had Rheumatoid which was horrible while I have Osteo in spades. It takes it time eating yer joints out unlike Rheumatoid which ravages yer body and eats all your cartilege and joints fast and furious. It killed him after 25 years of battling it..
SO will be a lot uncomfortable until we can get to the bottom of this and pretty much not walking unless I absolutely have to.
Hopefully we can get some solutions after the MRI scan. I can't keep taking pain meds. And yet I cannot sleep without them.. Dang it!
