so you are saying you are a "closet eater" ?
If nobody sees ya stuffing food into yer pie hole the calories don't count, right?
I think the eating things when we want and what we want is more about our age group than anything else.
I need to drop about 40 pounds medically. Because I have a large skeletal frame I carry it better than most but its still apparent and it is NOT good for my heart or yours or anyone else's for that matter.
But the oaccasional treat isn;t going to affect anything as long as ya are still walking, working, burning calories by NOT being still.
Its been a lifelong battle for me and is tougher today because I am not able to do a lot of things although I would like to. Doc has me restricted and it is difficult to walk without having some pain killer in my system. Arthritis is eating my right hip morning, noon, and night. I am gonna have to gosee a pain doctor soon and get that hip managed especially with going to Turkey for two weeks and doing a LOT of walking while there. Half of Paul's missionary Journeys were in Turkey and the Apostle JOHN lived there in Ephesus whicj is where he took Mary after the crucifiction of Christ to take care of here.
Talk about walking some distance! Wow.
