As election day approached, the New York Post reported that polling showed that nearly one million New Yorkers were planning to move out of the city if Zohran "The Commie" Mamdani was elected mayor.

People are always threatening to leave when an election doesn't go their way. Many libtards, especially from Hollyweird, threatened to leave the country when Trump was elected AND re-elected. Unfortunately, the vast majority of these Trump-haters did not follow through on their threat. We The American People would have been far better off if they had left the country. Of course, this is a little different, this time ... it is FAR easier to uproot and leave a city than it is to uproot and leave a whole country. And the funny part of it is ... since NYC is chock full of Democrats (Republicans are very much a small minority, there) ... a REALLY big chunk of those threatening to leave NYC because of Mamdani is made up of DEMOCRATS.
According to the poll conducted by J.L. Partners, over seven hundred thousand current residents are planning to leave the Big Apple behind now that Zohran has won the election. Another two million are considering relocation. If that were to happen ... and forgive us if we are taking the "We'll believe it when we see it" approach ... it would be the largest population shift in U.S. history.
We're not convinced that it will actually happen. How many libs moved to Canada after Donald Trump won his second term? But, who knows, maybe a guy who ran on a platform of taking away the wealth you've spent a lifetime building is motivating.
Let's say, for the sake of argument, that these folks are serious about protecting their wealth and are prepared to pack up and leave. Where would they go? According to the poll, Tennessee, Florida, and the Carolinas would be the most popular destinations.
In the spirit of neighbor helping neighbor, X users in the south are providing some advice to Zohran's refugees. Useful information to aid in the search for a new home. Things that real estate agents just won't voluntarily disclose.
South Carolina sounds inviting. With white sand beaches, gentle ocean breezes, and no real winter to speak of. What's not to love?

Our weather is unbearable. In the summers it can be 125° on the plains outside Great Falls AND whiteout blizzard conditions in the mountains in Glacier Park!
Our winters drop down to -50°, and you will die of hypothermia if exposed to the elements for more than 2 minutes.
Yellowstone Park is getting ready to blow. The entire state will be covered in volcanic ash soon. It will pollute all the rivers and lakes, and eventually kill all vegetation.
If you plan on coming on vacation before your big move to check out our mountains, rivers, lakes or on our prairies to choose where you want to live, I think you should know that red ants, fire ants and bedbugs have infested all hotels and motels.
Mountain lions have eaten all domesticated animals and even some small children.
The local moose and elk population are all in heat and think your wife/girlfriend is hot.
The poison ivy has overtaken all other vegetation, except for the abundance of psilocybin mushrooms.
We have had grizzly bear sightings at every park and town... and some cougars in motel rooms.
Watch out for the jackalopes, they have been extremely aggressive this season.
We have Bigfoot invading our parks, and porcupines stabbing small children, should they dare to enter the forest.
Skunks have made their way over and multiplied at unprecedented rates and wander the local campgrounds in packs looking for beer.
Murder hornets? Pfft. We’ve got great black clouds of murder hornets, flying ants, and swarms of Mormon crickets and even some Alabama grasshoppers.
Scorpions have been congregating in massive quantities under rocks, logs and automobiles, and tarantulas are now stealing peoples food, and biting like crazy.
I’m pretty sure all private tiger owners have released their cats into the streets of our cities and towns. Very dangerous.
Head lice now fly... right beside the bats. So many bats.
Best find another place to flee to, where it’s safe.
