How does the court have anything to say about the Executive Branch implementing tarrifs with other nations.?

They're a tad outta there responsibility aren't they?

Hasn;t trade always been an executive branch decision?

If the court rules against Trump on the tariffs.
It will be a massive setback to Trumps economic plan .
Will be hundreds of lawsuits asking for refunds.
Hundreds of billions will be lost from the economy.
The stock market will probably have a big pullback.
Foreign companies will back out of promises to invest and build manufacture plants in the U.S.
it could kill his administration.
Saw a report recently about tariffs to date being $600 billion.
