I am eating Buckeyes. Peanut butter mixed with confectionary sugar, and coated in sweet chocolate.
Cooled in the refrigerator overnight..
They are really great. Kinda like a Peanut Butter cup candy bar. Only round.. Ya use toothpick to dip them in the melted chocolate boiler pan on the stove.
They are better than Hershey peanut butter cups.
And we can't make enough of them from all the various family members that take them home with them.
We don't mind though. My brother lets me swim in his very large inground pool and my son in law and grandson do all the heavy work for me at the homestead. Its a pleasure to do something for them.
Miz micro is on her makeover the Kitchen and flooring in the homestead. She wants everyting to have stainless finish on the appliances. She wants all the cabinetry refinished in a different color.
There are only 34 cabinets.
I can hardly wait to see what refinishing them in a color she now wants is gonna cost.. Of course new flooring in the kitchen is a must as well.
We haven;t picked out carpet yet.. The living space is covered in wall to wall carpeting. With our house it makes more sense than hardwood.
There is a crawl space underneath the entire house due to the high water table from a natural spring at the rear of the property..
SO this will be the year (after January) that some major things get accomplished on our bucket list.
We'll see what it costs.. Money is not a problem.
God has blessed us I believe because of our faithfulness to HIS Work and support of several Pastors who have programs that reach indigenous people. Like PAstor Ron Hutchcraft for examle.. THAT is a worthy ministry to suppoprt. Great person, lots of native American people being reached for Christ.
He and I have become friends over the decades. His son will be taking the helm when PAstor Ron can no longer continue..

I am contemplating the distribution of our substance for the family when God takes us home.
My Library is my prized possession and I constantly add to it. Mygrandson is very interested in my history collection of the Founding fatherd, the War they fought, and also the Civil War collection. I have American history by the shelf load. Large shelves.
I also have a small collection of Classic Literature.
I hope my grandson , who is a teacher of History at the school my daughter is the head of the science department, will read everything he can and increase his knowledge in Civics, American history, and world history..
I also have extensive collection of Church History.
This is where my thoughts and cares are at these days.
I am looking forward to see the ancient Biblical sites that Apostle Paul and John went to and spent time at in Turkey.. Did ya know that JOHN's house was in Turkey in AEphesus and he took Mary there to take care of her ?
Can't wait to see it Lord Willing.
