"Buckeyes.
Miz micro and I are getting ready this week to make another large batch of "buckeyes" (candy) for the holidays.
They are basically peanut butter with confectioner sugar mixed together and rolled into 1 inch dia. ball shaped, frozen overnight in the freezer,and dipped the next day in melted chocolate and placed on a cookie tray with wax paper on it and put into the refridge to cool.
After the chocolate hardens ya can putthem all in cookie tins or whatever and store in your refridge. They are GREAT candy for a snack over the Holiday season!
We usually will make about ten dozen of them.. We give some away in tins with other cookies we make to friends and family.. They really are great..
