HOWEVER, the EXCEPTIONS to the rule are either Michigan or Ohio State.
AND, rest assured these STATISTICS are from the PAST years, NOT today..
Things do change. The defending NATIONAL CHAMPS via playoff system IS The Ohio State Buckeyes.
That was last year. Its a new year. We'lllet the playoffs sort it out. Lots of GOOD teams out there.
Several great ones. Some in the SEC and several in the Big Ten..
The game is played ON THE FIELD, not by sportswriters, all of whom have bias. And often the results are different from the writers. Many of whom have never played one snap in a real game..
I LIKE the AGGIES and ole Miss Rebs the best in the SEC. Followed by Texas and Vanderbilt.
I love Indiana and Oregon and maybe Michigan has a shot at rebounding from last year as well. But Ohio State is in my home state.. My brother is famous in Columbus and his picture is on a wall in the sports areas in the athletics department.
He also hasa written a book about his life and career.
I have known himm since 9th grade..
Anyway, the games will be setlled on the field as THAT is the only place they count.. GREAT teams overcome less than normal performance. THOSE are the ones whowill make the playoffs and find a way to become the National Champion this season. Last year is over. This is a new season. Let's enjoy the plays on the field and the efforts those young men are putting out..
