I have a friend who is Canadian,kept his boat in San Diego. Got tired of paying all the taxes and moved his boat to Ensenada,Mx. now the state of California is going after him for avoiding taxes. They claim it’s a felony to move his boat for the purpose of avoiding taxes.
Yeah, the Kalifornia Democrats make people pay DEARLY for the "privilege" of living in the Marxist State of Fruits, Nuts & Flakes. It's no wonder people are fleeing that hell-hole in droves.
