Ah yes, we're to automatically believe that James is just a poor victim of a legal system under Trump that noticed something fishy about her financing. Make mortgage fraud great again!

Letitia James publicly crowed about her intent to weaponize the New York judicial system against Trump in her campaign to become the New York Attorney General. She quite literally declared war on the person of Donald Trump and begged to be elected so she could use the New York Attorney General's Office to persecute Trump, personally. Meanwhile, she was cavalierly committing mortgage fraud to obtain more beneficial interest rates for herself.

Hey, at least they got to that part ... eventually. Even though James telegraphed her intention to go on a fishing expedition to find anything (even if it had to be invented) to "get" Trump and his family on.
