A Federal Judge in Chicago has ruled that ICE or federal officers can be arrested if they take illegals into custody at Cook County courthouses without a warrant.
This judge claims that Feds can’t arrest an illegal without first getting a warrant. I wonder if this judge will require a warrant to arrest the Federal ICE officer?
