Clueless is as Clueless opens their mouth and lets everyone know... I do not believe in all my years in design, mechanical,and manufacturing engineering I have ever observed someone who says they are an engineer that is as clueless as OCU.
Where did he go to school to get a degree IF he even has one? D.O.P.E University?
