But, but, butt ... Sir Wizard - you ignore one very important aspect of the ADA (Americans with a Disability Act).

There is a 'set aside provision' that requires a proportionate number of buildings be built that ONLY allow disabled entrance, in addition to ALL buildings being required to provide both disabled and enabled access.

OH WAIT ... No there's not. Disregard.
