...I was doing three miles a day at a brisk clip when I first started having leg problems. Then my hip went out and people said I wasn't getting enough exercise. The ones saying that had something to gain out of an early demise on my part. Mother in law, sister in law, mz ribits best friend; The more exercise I did the more surgery I needed. I am glad I quit exercising before I needed a mortician or a beautician. Anyway, if you see me running, don't hang around to see what's chasing me cause it might be hungry or just in a surly mood.

Yes, she definitely qualifies as "elderly" but give her credit for being out and walking for exercise.

It's more than I do.. My exercise consists of lifting a cookie to my mouth with one arm and another cookie with the other... I like Fudge stripe cookies. Keebler makes tham.. The more chocolate icing on em the better...Thumbs Up

That woman in the photo is old enough to be my mother.. Actually she looks olderthan my mom..

Granted that my mother has passed on to glory some time ago now.. I do miss her..
