Having been recently challenged on this issue with the contemptuous 'Look it Up' gauntlet thrown down - I have decided to ignore, yet comment, on the obvious insinuation that me be tooo damn unedumicated to know the difference, the following ODC dive into the issue is presented fur y'alls amusement.

To claim 'I have a right to post on this board.' is not only an absurd claim, but it is also insulting to the Host of this site, and the moderators of this board. I have always considered it a PRIVILEGE to post here, and still do.

Why, it twer a RIGHT, then why can't I post on FFFFFFT ?

The very first part of the following pedantic and somewhat humourous conversation with Grok confirms the above:

Succinctly, What is the difference between a Right and a Privilege.

A right is an inherent, fundamental entitlement guaranteed to individuals, often protected by law or constitution, and cannot be taken away without due process (e.g., free speech).

A privilege is a special advantage or benefit granted to specific individuals or groups, which can be revoked or restricted (e.g., driving license).

AHSSCS - (any high school student can see) from the above that posting on this board is NOT a 'right' - it fully falls under the definition of 'privilege'.

In doubt, then refresh memory by re-reading this board and site's Rules of the Road sections.

The presentation of a driving license as privilege is a common meme. Although reasonable limitations on those licenses are in effect, such as not for the blind, knowing the road regulations, etc. do exist, they do not transform the license from the realm of right to privilege. ... continues, and gets even better ...

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good ...
