Too early for an entire new offensive group excwept for the wide receiver at Ohio State. Same for the defensive front. Fortunately the recruitoig classes have been fairly strong for linemen.
That is what I was worried most about coming into this game. That Texas was gonna brutalize the lines.
THAT did not happen.. So it was the first of several strong tests the Buckeyes will have this season.
They still got PENN State, Michigan, Oregon, and others coming up. The competition does not get any easier.
Penn State is a beast this year.. They got the Bucks defensive coordinator from the last few seasons who is outstanding. Of course we stole him from Penn State.
So turn about is fair play.
IMO
TEXAS should have joined the BIG Ten . I understand that they are a southern U.S. prestigious University, but I think it would have been great to have them in the Big Ten.
