After four days in the hospital being pumped with three IV'S the whole time the skin reaction to the crap the surgeon put on her, (and discontinued using immediately after that) has almost gone away. There are a few patches still red but all the bumps are gone finally.
She doesn't want me to file suit which my attorney daughter says is a cakewalk to win..
So, I'll let her decide what she wants to do even if its just never going back to him again.
Its unfortunate but this level of stupidity from a very experienced Orthopedic is just incomprehensible and have not offered to help clean up their mess they created. In my mind, that is the least he should have done. So we will be changing our ortho doc to another that we know well and has great reviews.
My daughter in Virigina is pretty fired up.
Its my wife's call and she generally is a pacifist unless its me she's upset with, and I expect she ain't gonna say what should be said..
This a clear case of negligence and experimentation.
This bastid just cost me a lot of money and my wife a lot of misery. I simply want to beat him into a bloody mess.
Then I can say, "apology accepted".
