Hmmm ... don't think the margarita is the national drink of Uganda, so when Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) travels to Uganda for his next conjugal visit with Garcia, he'll need to bring along some tequila, triple sec, and lime juice - and lube - don't forget the lube, Chris.
There's some argument as to what languages Garcia is able to speak. Here's Garcia speaking at a "fiery but mostly peaceful riot" - what Democrats call a "rally" - where he speaks to the DOZENS of Soros-paid attendees with the help of an interpreter ...

HOWEVER, here he is on police bodycam footage speaking passable English ...
Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) ~ BREAKING: Fox News obtained police bodycam footage from the 2022 traffic stop of Kilmar Abrego Garcia who was suspected of human trafficking.
“He’s getting paid to haul these people.”
Democrats are dying on the hill of defending an MS-13 foreign terrorist and alleged human trafficker and wife-beater.
Unreal.

AND, Chris Van Hollen sure didn't seem to need an interpreter during his first conjugal visit with Garcia in El Salvador, now did he?! Garcia has been living illegally in the United States for 10 years ... he knows how to speak English.
So ... back to Garcia's pending Uganda vacation. Garcia's attorney is wailing and gnashing teeth because it would be heinously unfair to send Garcia to Uganda because he doesn't speak the language ...
TheBlaze (@theblaze) ~ Lawyer for Kilmar Garcia: “It is preposterous that they would send him to Africa, to a country where he doesn’t even speak the language.”

There are two very large problems with your whiny argument, Mr. Pettifogger:
1. Your client doesn't have constitutional rights because he is here ILLEGALLY. Garcia is a foreign invader.
2. Uganda's official language since its independence in 1962 is ENGLISH, you stupid, ignorant worm.

@amuse (@amuse) ~ Uganda’s official language since independence in 1962, English remains the dominant language used in government, education, business, and law.
Oh, the irony.
There's no argument this lawyer can make here. If Garcia doesn't speak English (or does, depending on the situation), that means he doesn't speak the main language in America OR Uganda, so there's no objection to deporting him.
TRUE ... because if he truly does not speak English, then by this pettifogger's own reasoning, it is heinously unfair for Garcia to remain in the United States - "because he doesn't speak the language." Yep ... the truth of the matter is that Garcia needs to be sent to his native home of El Salvador.
LeeZ (@LeeCZ73) ~ His lawyer is upset that ... checks notes ... he is being sent from a country whose main language is English to a country whose main language is English because he doesn't speak English.
You can't make this stuff up.

It's actually embarrassing how bad this lawyer is at his job.
