THE CLAIM OF MAJOR CONCESSIONS is made below. The are obviously and provably NOT concessions at all, just presented as 'being so'.

Read the article carefully. There is NO talking about the concessions until 'two possibles' are presented mid-presentation. The preceding verbiage is nothing but peacocking and blathering about how everything 'is on the right path', or some such nonsense.
The two CLAIMS of 'significant concessions':
1. They’ve recognized that they’re not going to be able to install a puppet regime in Kyiv.
2. they’ve acknowledged that there is going to be some security guarantee to the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
#2 First - the Russians have 'agreed' to 'security guarantee' if, and only if, RUSSIA has full ability to nullify that guarantee, for any reason they deem to be fit.
#1 The loss of OBVIOUS and IMMEDIATE Russian puppet regime - NOT TRUE. Historic FACTS. The original 'East West' split years ago with the Russians STRONG ARMING Eastern Ukttain to go along with RUSSIAN ownership of EAST UKRAINE.
AND IT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID IN CRIMEA THAT THEY WILL DO AGAIN TO THE REST OF UKRAINE.
The Russians will paint the installation of THEIR PUPPETS as 'due and proper democratic action' - when it is simple THUGGERY, THREATS, AND RED_FLAGGED violent takeover of the ENTIRE and REAL 'democratic process'. They claimed that their Crimea takeover was completely democratic and legitimate under international law. They'll make the same come 'true' in similar manner for ALL of Ukraine. Thus 'they will not install a puppet regime, they will do it 'legally' thru the hangman's rope THEY call 'democracy'.
With complete control of Donbas, which they still demand, it will be a lead pipe cinch.
