Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) ~ LOLLL, Mamdani tried showing off at a “men’s day” event by doing the bench press and couldn’t do a single rep without help.

Good grief, dude ... if you know you don't have the ability to do even one rep on your own, don't lay down on the bench. Hell, you only did two reps with your spotter doing all of the heavy lifting.

At least we know he won’t be a strongman leader.

Mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani struggled to execute a single unassisted bench press rep while trying to impress a crowd at the annual Men’s Day open streets event in Brooklyn Saturday — and wound up getting called “Mamscrawny” by a rival on social media.
Mamscrawny? BWHA HA HA HA HA HA!!!

Photos showed the 33-year-old Socialist, and Democratic Party nominee, was unable to lift a bar loaded with what was said to be 135-pounds off the rack without help — and his two reps required full assistance from a smiling, large-biceped Men’s Day celebrant, photos showed.

Yep ... you can see the obvious strain on the spotter's arm muscles.
After throwing in the towel, Mamdani stood up and gave all the credit to the spotter, who was from the organization “500 Men Making a Difference.”
Well, in the end, Mamscrawny had ...

Political rivals Mayor Eric Adams and ex-governor Andrew Cuomo pounced on the opportunity to flex on a rare viral-video flub from the usually carefully curated Zohran.
Mayor Adams took the chance to show off his own bench press prowess with a video from the same location — showing what appeared to be the same spotter barely touching the bar as he busted out multiple reps with ease.
“64 vs 33. A lifetime of hard work vs. a silver spoon. The results speak for themselves,” Adams wrote on X.
“The weight of the job is too heavy for “Mamscrawny.” The only thing he can lift is your taxes,” Adams charged.

Poor lil' Mamscrawny ... how is he ever going to have any chance to date The Bronx Valley Girl if he can't even lift 135 pounds by himself - especially when her lard ass probably weighs 80 pounds by itself, eh?
Independent candidate for mayor Andrew Cuomo also roasted Mamdani for the embarrassing display.
“It’s easy to talk, it’s hard to carry the burden,” Cuomo wrote on X, quoting The Post’s report. Unlike Adams, Cuomo provided no evidence of his own bench press prowess in his X post.
“This guy can’t bench his own body weight, let alone carry the weight of leading the most important city in the world.”
The 2025 frontrunner for mayor also walked down Eastern Parkway as part of an open streets event, taking hundreds of selfies as he passed the Brooklyn Museum.
While he may have floundered at the test of strength, Mamdani showed some skill with the soccer ball, the national sport of Uganda, where he was born and recently married.
Video showed Mamdani taking off his designer boots to more expertly kick the stranger’s soccer ball at an inflatable target.
After ditching the boots, he vigorously kicked a soccer ball at a giant inflatable dart board set up by organizers at the open streets event near the Brooklyn Museum.

Mamdani also dropped in on a DJ’s set and delivered remarks to dozens of Brooklynites.
“It is such a pleasure to be here, and I want to say thank you to the organizers for celebrating what makes this community beautiful,” Mamdani said in brief remarks.
“I look forward to being your next mayor, next year,” he concluded.
Men’s Day is an annual open streets event featuring outdoor gyms, music performances, and car shows, which occurs towards the end of each summer.
