Well now, my old friend ... you must understand ... this was during the reign of the Biden Banana Republic. Defendants hated by the State were not allowed to present witnesses or evidence that might exonerate them. The Biden-era courts were to go after Conservatives, Republicans, Christians, or any other American deemed to be an enemy of the State and pattern their proceedings after kangaroo courts of the Soviet Union, Nazis, and Communist Chinese.

It is time. More than Sufficient evidence of offense and intent.

BOTH ENDROGAN AND JAMES belong in prison, plus the fine.

18 U.S.C. § 242

Clear violation of EIGHTH AMMENDMENT RIGHTS OF PRESIDENT TRUMP - with malice aforethought.

It was a decent ruling on that SINGLE issue,

HOWEVER the entire trial needs to be overthrown, and the 'guilty verdict' tossed.

THIS: Endrogan refusing to allow DEFENSE WITNESSES to be called. That is also a 18 U.S.C. § 242, deprivation of CIVIL RIGHTS under colour of law - with malice aforethought.
