Closest description of Press vs. Trump and Zelenski's responses ... A Texas Two Step, with the Press holding nailguns trying to pin down those moving feet.

They did not succeed.

Zelensky behaved himself, very diplomatic, but non-committal answers. Same with Trump.

Every single answer. "We will stop the war." "We will be working on that." "We will make sure Ukraine is secure." "We will make sure that this peace is a lasting peace."

Platitudes all. Not a single direct answer except for "The US will be SELLING weapons to Ukraine - not giving them away."

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good ...
