My understanding is as follows:
1. The issue regarding being able to vacate the offices of the runaway Democrats is before the Texas Supreme Court.
2. Currently, no arrests have been made of any runaway Democrats because: (a) none of the blue states to which they ran away are cooperating with Texas authorities, and (b) none of the runaway Democrats have yet dared to come back to Texas (they are to be immediately arrested and transported to Austin upon their arrival back to Texas).
