when it snows, them "yankees" don't stay home and wait days because we don;t have have the road cleaning salt trucks or plows to clean them with.. We know how to deal with snowfalls and in my lifetime I have seen plenty of them.
I cannot imagine how badly things get down there in the south iffen it were to have about a foot of snowfall or even three or four inches.
I can tell ya what my daughter said about the drivers there. MORONS..
Here it would take a major snowfall of over six inches to slow things down.. We are an industrial complex with people going to work. We don't let snowflakes stop us.. 
Southern drivers are the worst in winter weather..
