Texas Roadhouse, Inc., which owns and operates the "Texas Roadhouse" restaurants, was founded by W. Kent Taylor - who, by the way, was born in Missouri, grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated from the University of North Carolina - founded the company in Clarksville, Indiana and has its headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.

You see any mention of Texas in any of that, eh?!

Nah, that Yankee restaurant serves Buckwheat steaks and burgers.
