Notice Anything a Little Misleading In Media Framing About a Judge Trying to Block PP Defunding?

As we told you earlier {see previous post shown below}, an activist judge (this one is an Obama appointee) has stepped in to try and save the Democrats again. This time it's about trying to keep taxpayer funding flowing to Planned Parenthood.

What the AP didn't mention in the headline and waited quite a while to get to in the story is that the "Trump administration effort" is actually a tax and spending bill that passed both the House and Senate. Instead they went with "Trump administration's effort":

The AP puts this stuff out, and the other outlets down the line just keep it repeating:

Once the AP gets a ball rolling, it just keeps going.

And then of course, just like that, this is how it goes from media spin to Democrat talking point:

Amy Klobuchar (@amyklobuchar) ~ NEWS: A federal judge has blocked the Administration's effort to defund Planned Parenthood.

And this stupid c*nt (Sen. Klobuchar) has absolutely no excuse ... she was a direct participant in the creation of this valid legislation. She's just bitter because she was on the losing side of that vote ... but, she knows damn well this legislation is all quite constitutional. 

This has all gotten more predictable than Adam Schiff telling a lie every time he opens his mouth.

Scot Bertram (@ScotBertram) ~ It's not a "Trump administration effort." It's the law. Debated and passed in both chambers of Congress and signed by the President. A judge is now ordering that public monies be spent after the Congress of the United States specifically passed a law declining to spend them.

All while the Left would like everybody to believe that Trump is the one who's an "authoritarian wannabe who's a threat to democracy and constitutional order."

Lilly Wilson (@RealLillyWilson) ~ This was a law passed by Congress and signed by the President. The judiciary interprets the law, it doesn’t make the law. This judge overstepped.

"Overstepped" is a VERY generous way of phrasing it. 

Yet another judge is very likely to get smacked down by a higher court before too long.

She needs to get smacked on her fat ass.

The "Big Beautiful Bill" that recently passed through Congress and was signed by President Trump includes the end of taxpayer dollars going to Planned Parenthood (which in turn ends up donating to Democrat political campaigns).

What happened next might not surprise you:

From the Associated Press:

A federal judge on Monday ruled Planned Parenthood clinics nationwide must continue to be reimbursed for Medicaid funding as the nation’s largest abortion provider fights President Donald Trump’s administration over efforts to defund the organization in his signature tax legislation.

The new order replaces a previous edict handed down by U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani in Boston last week. Talwani initially granted a preliminary injunction specifically blocking the government from cutting Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood members that didn’t provide abortion care or didn’t meet a threshold of at least $800,000 in Medicaid reimbursements in a given year.

The Democrats like to call Trump the "authoritarian threat to democracy" but as usual that's just more projection. Here we have a judge trying to halt parts of a bill that Congress passed and the president signed:

Democrats always choose the most ignorant dumbasses to drape black robes over. Listen up, dingbat ... The United States Constitution does not say one word about "unintended pregnancies" or "contraceptives." You really need to read The U.S. Constitution because you will find that the courts do NOT have any authority over government spending ... THAT is the domain of Congress with a sign-off by the POTUS ... which is exactly what happened, here. YOU are the one who is being unconstitutional - and infantile.

Another smackdown of an activist judge is expected.

Sunny (@sunnyright) ~ A federal judge doesn’t get to decide that Congress must keep funding abortion, and this federal judge is about to get slapped down on appeal.

Philip Klein (@philipaklein) ~ Absolutely reckless for judges to claim power to force Congress to fund what it has chosen not to fund.

Well, this unconstitutional activism by Democrat-appointed judges happens so often because Democrats despise The United States Constitution and choose idiots who ignorantly believe themselves (and their Democrat masters) to be above The U.S. Constitution. Such reckless, intentional disregard of The U.S. Constitution is treason, which warrants the immediate impeachment and dismissal of such judges.

The lefties defending this judge are some of the same ones who say Trump doesn't respect the constitutional order. Go figure.

Oh, it's easy to figure ... Democrats are liars who try to do the very nefarious things they falsely accuse others of doing.
