Or ... track the hijacking terrorists from the air at a discreet distance, and then after they load the supplies onto their own vehicles, have fighter/bombers and/or attack helicopters swoop in and ...

I got an idea.

The Israeli's need to put some tracking devices in the aid boxes. Let the terrorists steal them. Then raid their hidey-holes.

Or just put some bombs in the boxes . . . Then blow them up.
