until the college futzball season begins... with a showdown between the Buckeyes and the Longhorns with their new QB with last name of Manning.
Looks like the rest of the SEC "powerhouses" are all playing the little sisters of the poor as usual..
Good fer the Longhorns and Buckeyes taking some risk playing each other in an opener. The Buckeye team is rebuilding almost entirely with so many starters having been taken in the NFL draft..
So we'll see how well they do against a good Texas team..
It should be a great game to watch...
I expect the Bullpups to be a middle of the road team again in the SEC.
Is this the year for LSU to rebound? Maybe....
Penn State, Oregon, USC, Ohio State, Michigan, Indiana should make a heck of a strong group of teams this season. Wisconsin could return to its former self finally this season as well. Coach Fickel has been there now a couple season and may have his team on the same page finally.
Anyway, it won't be long!
