Yeah. That is one of the things I DO worry about.

But then . . .
What the 'legacy media' is trying to tell me just smells wrong . . . And the 'right wing nuts' pointing out 'The Rest Of The Story' (the things the lying media scum brigades do NOT want me to know) . . .

Clo screeching constantly "Saddam Hussein had ZERO Weapons of Mass Destruction!" . . . Saddams minions used a 'Binary Nerve Gas' artillery shell as an IED . . . (A binary nerve gas artillery shell is a particularly gnarly type of WMD.) And knowing how Clo was NOT going to stop chanting it like a mantra . . .

Then there was that karen up in new yoke city who texted her potential date for the evening "If you didn't vote for mamdani I don't want to date you.". . . The dude canceled the dinner reservations.

And I know of one lady in the internet in a 'pen pals' sort of 'get to meet' site who actually posted that she did not want to communicate with any MAGA types. Seems the MAGA types come in, lob the proverbial hand grenade, then run. (I'm guessing she's the type of fruit loop who, if the dude doesn't completely agree with her she turns into a screeching harpy. Small wonder the dudes run.)

So . . how to not be in a bubble?

Sites that I do like to 'get news' from have this interesting habit of pointing out the ways the left wing nuts (and lying media scum brigades) LIE to me - shamelessly and continuously. . . . And having seen just how depraved, evil, and disastrous the 'biden administration' REALLY was (and that should have been obvious to anybody with a functional brain) . . .

It might actually be better for me to just stay in this bubble. At least it does allow dissenting opinions to be heard.

Zim.

1:43 minutes Guest Speaker - very long, but watched entirety.

On the 2024 election. On what happened.
JFK forum
Institute of Politics Harvard Kennedy School

Fascinating (to me) - and she speaks at a much slower and more understandable rate than on the usual multisecond sound bite news sections.

At the end she handles questions from that students. ALL but one coming at her from a 'leftist viewpoint'.

She does a masterful job of addressing them, with finesse; polite but very firm.

One of the more astute comments on youtube:

Kellyanne impressed me more in this discussion than all the times I watched her previously combined. I appreciated the calm discussion on both sides but is there anyone at Harvard that isn’t on the left? We, and I am including myself, spend too much time inside our bubble only listening to people we agree with.
