Unfortunately . . That might cause some 'allegedly innocent' people to get killed.
But I do like the idea of 'subverting' them. Find out where they are supposed to be meeting and handing out their 'riot gear' . . . and have the Federales there to arrest them in mass.
(I think it'd be even more funny if the 'rioters' are arriving by bus . . . And SWAT uses their own buses to take them down to a federal detention facility.)
