It is true belief in Christ alone and acceptance of HIS substitionary death and shedding of HIS BLOOD that makes Salvation possible by complete faith of a believer, confessing with their MOUTH and believing in their Heart that Christ died for them and their sins and that HE ALONE is the only Savior of their eternal soul by HIS GRACE Through their FAITH in HIM

The BIBLE clearly states that "SALVATION is of THE JEWS. GOD promised Abraham that HE would be the Father of MANY nations. HOW so?
Because thru and by the faith of Abraham and passing that on to his people and children and it got passed on to to those apeople's friends and people who lived near them, and they passed it on, and they passed it on so the GOSPEL of SALVATION of GOD by grace thru faith was passed on to all who would hear and believe.
THAT is why GOD called Abraham the Father of MANY NATIONS. Christianity can be traced back to Abraham because HE Heard GOD and became Obedient unto Him unto Salvation.

The OLD Covenant was done away with. According to the BIBLAE it says that "HE did away with the FIRST (covenant) that HE may establish the second".
THAT covenant is doing away with following rules and laws and having SALVATION to be one strictly FAITH in CHRIST'S atoning sacrificial work on the CROSS. Accepting HIM as LORD and AS SAVIOR.
Plus nothing and minus nothing.
THIS is the reason MARTIN LUTHER NAILED HIS PAPER rejecting the ways of the Catholic Church and went about making the BIBLE available to everyone so that we were no longer having to take some Priests word for what was in scriptures....

SO, in closing, if you are wanting to under a slavery system and dependant on the same Church that tried to keep the BIBLE away from people and make them dependant upon some Catholic clergyman, I highly recommend that denomination that scripture calls The GREAT WHORE.
READ the SCRIPTURE for YOURSELF. WHY does the BIBLE say" For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord
You only need faith in Christ who loves us and gave HIMSELF and shed HIS blood for the remission of our sins.
BTW, this is the very reason that other denominations like the BAPTISTS started in the 1500's because the Scriptures should have been made available to everyone to read. The Catholic Church wanted power over people. and still does.

JESUS said that HE taketh away the FIRST (covennat) that HE may establish the second". That second covenant is salvation changed from works based to salvation by GRACE through faith in HIM. No more animal sacrifices. HIS sacrifice is sufficient once for all people for all time..
