"Radical justices"?! BWHA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! Ah, clo ... you're such a ridiculous buffoon.

Soooooooooooooooo, is Justice Elena Kagan a "radical justice," dearie??? I bet you think not, right? Well, notwithstanding her current dissenting opinion, Justice Kagan, just 2 or 3 years ago, expressed deep concern about lower court judges preventing a POTUS from doing what he was elected to do, which is to direct and control the Executive Branch. Here is a portion of her statements: "It just can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stuck for the years that it takes to go through a normal process." ~ Justice Elena Kagan

Here, clo ... dare to educate yourself about "radical justices" ...

DeVory Darkins (@devorydarkins) ~ Supreme Court Justice Kagan questions the use of nationwide injunctions.

"It just can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stuck for the years that it takes to go through a normal process."

These nationwide injunctions by radical Democrat judges are going too far; even the liberal Justice Kagan agrees.

Curtis Houck (@CurtisHouck) ~ Jan Crawford at CBS points out liberal Justice Kagan dissented in the universal injuctions case even though she's previously "expressed skepticism about nationwide injunctions when President Biden was in the White House" and calls out the dissenting opinion for talking about birthright citizenship when the majority opinion "has nothing to do with" it.

Bad Sign? Trump Shoots Lightning from His Fingertips While Screaming ‘Unlimited Power!’ After Latest SCOTUS Ruling

by BabylonBee.com

WASHINGTON, D.C. - In what some are taking as perhaps a bad omen, President Trump responded to the SCOTUS ruling on nationwide injunctions by screaming "UNLIMITED POWER!" and shooting lightning from his fingertips.

"That's probably not good," said an eyewitness as a cackling Trump scorched an aide with lightning. "It sounded like he said something to the effect of ‘Now, nothing can stop me from controlling the galaxy'. It's a bit concerning."

While many conservatives had felt that district courts issuing nationwide injunctions was an unfair check on executive power, they no longer felt so sure after witnessing Trump levitate over the Capitol while launching fireballs from his fists. "Hm, I'm not so sure about this," said local man Roger Timpson as he watched Trump hurl tanks into the Potomac with his mind. "I'm not sure I like him shouting ‘None can withstand me' over and over."

At publishing time, witnesses had wondered if it was a worrisome sign that Trump had disbanded the Senate and declared himself Emperor.
