These dumbarses are so STUPID they have no clue or concept that that what they are being paid and what it costs the employer in all of the taxes in addition to those wages is a very large percentage of the costs of a business versus the income. When the costs get insurmountable the company can no longer make any money, the owner doesn;t get paid, and so the only recourse left is close it down.
WHY do people working for someone else always think there is no end to resources ? If ya don;t like it, go start yer own business and put up with crapheads like yerself for employees.
Secondly, why would any business put up with this stuff in the first place?
Makes no sense to me.
I closed a perfectly good manufacturing plant and rebuilt three counties away where people appreciated the opportunity to work and have benefits like medical insurance for their families.
I also increased production by 40 % with a change of attitude. I did warn the old employees numerous times and apparently they didn't think it would happen.
Sometimes owners need to take the bulls by the horns and do what they need to do. Increased my profit margins by 40 % by doing this.. Productivity increased by 60 % . I then air conditioned the entire factory so it was cool in the summertime.. THAT was a huge help as well. Worth the investment.
IMO, many business owners are simply stupid and not qualified to efficiently run a company... JMO from many decades of experience....
