Big Win ?
It was nothing more than a stay of an Unconstitutional overreach by a low level federal self-appointed potentate of the Union. Not throwing out the potentate's ruling completely, simply a stay on any enforcement of demanded action/or cessation of action.
IF the brief, submitted by Sauer, had been fully supported in this SCOTUS decision, one MIGHT call it a middling win, but not even that would, imo, be a BIG win.
Interesting that the article did not include the actual SCOTUS ruling - only discussion of the result.
