Fiz - Really - You really don't see a-priori how that is a false premise ? Where is ANY evidence that the objective is 'to have Iran 'give up' ALL nuclear material ?


And as to the other - yeah, crude nuclear bombs ARE easy to make - 'ceptin of course for the active ingredients. N.Korea got 'em thru ole Wee Willie Wanker supplyin' 'em the raw materials AND the tech to refine 'em, lest ya' be a furgittin dat liddle pearl of history also.

What, specifically, if false about it? I'm guessing you have your own premise in whatever you state.

Nuclear bombs are actually pretty easy to make 75+ years on. Take N. Korea as a case in point.
