Why do the idiot editors at even conservative pubs, treat it as 'court allows' - like they have the actual legitimate right to allow or deny anything ? At least make it 'The courts/judges decided', rather than giving it the impramatur of propriety that the courts have the right to allow and deny. They do not. They have the power ONLY to make rulings consistent to the laws at hand - Laws that ALLOW AND DENY - passed by LEGALLY ELECTED PEOPLE in OUR government.
Who the hell do these unelected pissants think they are ?
Obviously they think they outrank the President, and even outrank the other ELECTED officials (House and Senate via passed laws) that they have, and they alone have the moral and 'legal' authority to RULE THIS ENTIRE COUNTRY - and to hell with anyone that says differently.

Actually, the case is worse than most realize.
These people believe THEY ARE god.
They have (they believe) the 'knowledge' of good and evil - that THEY determine good and evil, NOT GOD.
Thus, they alone have the right to allow or deny actions.
And that folks is the 'original sin' in Genesis 2 - placing oneself equal to or above GOD.
We have seen it clearly for decades now.
It is formally known as the ultimate 'Moral Relativism'.
And yes, the Fist Commandment, the REAL LAW, is first for a reason.
