I have a good friend who was part of the team that designed and developed the bomb meant for use against Saddam Hussein's deep underground bunker. I'm sure there have been design changes since, but the core of this bomb was the barrel from a "Long Tom" 155mm howitzer. I believe those barrels were somewhere in the neighborhood of 23 feet long ... uncut, anyway ... so, it would have to be delivered by a large bomber - B-1 or B-2 - and I don't believe the Israeli Air Force has aircraft comparable to either one of those.
