No, there is no confusion ... except for the inflamed dysphoria raging in his fevered mind. He is a he ... a disturbed freak ... but a "he," nonetheless.
Forget that it's a simple Bible verse number printed on the cup in a place where you likely wouldn't even see it if you weren't looking for it ... he did not give his consent.
