Try doing a low carb for a week or two. Plus fast a couple days each week
No sugar,no pasta,no bread,no potatoes,no rice, no soda. No Wheat.
Cut out dairy no milk(heavy cream,cottage cheese,sour cream are OK)
Just eat beef,chicken,bacon. Salad with oil&vinegar. Fresh Green beans, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cucumber,Bell peppers. Cheese.
Get some monk fruit sweetener to replace sugar.
Get some MCT oil powder to help burn fat.
Fast from 6:00 in the evening until 10:00 in the morning. Or to noon.
