that is strange because that does not happen on two computers of mine I use..
I don't know what could be causing it..

It could be the version of it possibly.

Merely having Opera installed on my computer makes its fan race. I've never seen another program do that. Nor was it a fluke. I've tried Opera a few times over the last few years and it happened each time.

The racing fan is tied to heavy CPU usage, btw. So why should an application that's merely installed do that? It can only be that Opera is doing something CPU intensive even when it's not being used. That's not good.
