That crash is actually covered in the Grok link I posted in reply to this same thread.

The first thing is: The crash isn't even confirmed (yet) to have happened, at least not from any reliable,reputable sources *which X is not* *s*.

And yes, it very well could have been pilot error, but equipment failure would not be out of consideration.

Also covered foreign operation/control in that session.

While there are other possibilities, I would put money on this crash being pilot error. (Flaps up? Landing gear still down? That's incompetence. Any plane will go down when configured like that.) But Boeing didn't hire these pilots. Air India did.
