Sorry. I forgot the minestrone recipe.

I used a 16-bean soup mix (a bag of beans)... and hardly any salt.

Also, because of the pasta, this recipe may not be super low carb. I don't know. It's good, though.

Re: “What is your diet? What’s a typical dinner meal?”
Good questions.

My most frequent meals are:

• Tunafish sandwiches (a can of tuna, a few globs of fat-free cottage cheese, one glob of relish, stirred up and served on Keto white bread. (That's a brand, but you know what it means.) I sometimes substitute canned chicken breast or canned herring fillets for tuna. NO MAYONNAISE. I usually have three sandwiches unless it's late..

• Bean burritos made with zero net carb flour tortillas, fat free refried beans, fat free sour cream, Pete's hot sauce (akin to tobasco). I'll eat two or four of these, depending on the size of the tortillas and how hungry I am.

• Cream of Mushroom condensed soup. The whole can is just 230 calories. I was initially making it with nonfat dry milk instead of plain water until I learned that the milk added 320 calories! But the soup is good even with plain water.

• Cream of Chicken condensed soup. 260 calories per can. I prefer the mushroom soup but need to mix it up a little to avoid meal boredom.

• Two sweet potatoes smothered in sugar free pancake syrup.

Less frequently, meals have consisted of salads, bags of frozen broccoli or brussels sprouts, cans of green beans, cans of black beans, and fat free cottage cheese mixed with crushed pineapple. My only snack has been nuts.

One more thing: Twice, I've cooked the meal shown below. It fills an entire crock pot, though, so it lasts for days. It's excellent when half of the broth in the recipe is actually SPICY chicken bullion, though. You might want to try it sometime.
Re: “Are you still fasting? How much turmeric did you take? ”No on the fasting. I'm not a masochist! I think my diet is already pretty extreme.

The Turmeric is "Turmeric Complex plus Ginger" from Walgreens. It's 500 mg Turmeric Complex + 50 mg Ginger. I was taking one capsule per day. There's a little bit of an afterburn, but it's encapsulated and don't really notice it. I took it for less than a year and the inflammation in my arms and hands went away. I credit it along with different sleep habits (I try not to sleep with my hands near my head.)
